What this covers

This policy explains what information Decloria collects when you visit decloria.com or use the Decloria workspace, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. It applies to the website and the product; it does not apply to third-party sites we link to.

Information we collect

• Account information. Your name, work email address, company name and role, provided when you create an account or request a demo.
• Report content. The data, text, images and files you upload or enter to produce a report. This content belongs to you. We process it to run the service and do not use it to train models.
• Usage data. Pages viewed, features used, browser type, approximate location derived from IP address, and error logs. We use this to keep the service working and to decide what to improve.
• Cookies. Strictly necessary cookies for signing in and keeping your session. Any analytics or preference cookies are set only with your consent.

How we use it

• To provide the workspace: importing files, generating layouts, enabling collaboration and exporting PDFs.
• To secure accounts, detect abuse and maintain an audit trail of who changed what.
• To respond to support requests and demo enquiries.
• To meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that host, secure and support the product, and only to the extent needed to deliver the service. Those providers act on our instructions under written agreements. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

Where data is stored

Workspace data is stored in the region selected for your workspace. Where data is transferred outside that region, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent lawful transfer mechanism.

How long we keep it

Report content is kept while your workspace is active. If you delete a report it is removed from active systems immediately and from backups within 30 days. Account records are kept for as long as required by applicable law after an account is closed.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, a portable copy, or restriction of processing, and you may object to certain processing. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access inside Decloria is limited by role and logged. See the security overview for how this works in the product.

Changes

If we change this policy materially, we will post the new version here and notify workspace administrators by email before it takes effect.
